I've been doing 45 minutes of cardio empty stomach medium intensity but I didn't see results at all. I was thinking about interval training. Would that be a good idea? Any of you guys do it? How? Thanks

I do 40 min fasted cardio five times a week and it seems to work - probably because I recently switched to a vegan diet. GF my mentor at WCBB says it might be due to a calorie deficit. -

Can't get myself to do a fasted cardio. I do just fine with my normal routine. I move all day. Weight training for 1-1.5hr starting the day and stay physical active til I hit the hay that night...Comment

why the vegan diet, MG? That I definitely do not believe. Leaving all the high quality protein out of your diet? No way!
