RBC roid

Is there any steroid one can use that does not raise red blood cell count?

CAn't say for sure but winstrol seemed to never gove me that problem. Would be hard to do alone at our age though. Another option is to just do TRT at 100 mg/w for 6 months. It actually might not be enough for you so you would want to get tested 4-6 weeks in to see if you are in normal range. With the amount of work you've done over the years you're not going to lose that much size. Just the water mostly and the steroid pump. You might feel better but it takes a few months to get past the creeky joints. But then they rebuild naturally and sort of resets. At least that's my experience, even grappling 4-5 days a week.

Not to my research. I have the same issue. They all raise RBC count. Winny is used to treat low RBC from injury so I am sure it raises it as well. Just donate blood, that is the only solution that I have come up with to avoid the potential health problems. Do it regularly though. I let mine go too long last time and the Red Cross was waffling as to whether I could donate at my high levels. They kept insisting a Doctor has sent me in and that would qualify as a therapeutic phlebotomy and they were not allowed.

Swale says that test while it raises RBC's does not raise platlet count so does not increase risk of heart attack. I don't know if this is true of steroids like EQ or not. I never noticed an increase of rbc's on var, that could just be me though.
