2016 start weight 205.4 and the BF scale says 13.9% BF so we will take that as my base.....onwards and upwards
Ate a shit ton of pizza tonight and had 4 beers now I'm off to bed up at 4 am for the gym take a nap and start my day....

Why and how can you train at 4 am? I think my training would suffer, especially on heavier sets.

Nothing crazy heavy and its when I get up for work. I'm even up like this on holidays and Sunday's
