            I have been lifting pretty steady for the last 4 yrs. I have always been lean so lifting doesn't really help with that. Know how much wieght i have gained in all that time................0

              AAS ins't always the answer. Obviously you have a fairly fast metabolism and that means you'll have to eat lots in order to put on some size.

                      31 yrs old? I say your a good candidate for AAS. 4 years is alot of time and took a lot of dedication. Write up a sample daily nutritional regimen let me analyze it for you. also what do you do for a living.what time do you work out? any cardio? foods and amounts and times?
