Rack Pulls: 185 x 20 x 2
DC Hams on machine: 120 x 10 x 7 x 4
Pulldowns (neutral): 170 x 8
Barbell Curls: 60 x 8
Hang Leg Raises
In and out in 1hr 10min
*edit* I did DC hams as I don't have a glute/ham raise machine so I made due with something elseComment

Goodmornings -- 185 x 5
Reg Squat -- 225 x 8
Low Pull Thrus -- 100 x 8
Chest Support Rows -- 70 x 8
Hammer Curls
In and out right at 1hr 15 minutes..........
*note* I am dropping the box squats when I go from now on. I really don't like them and sticking to free squats, that is why I went reg squat here.....Comment

09/12/05 -- ME Bench
2 board press -- 315 x 1
Dumbell Skulls -- 30 x 10
Dumbell Bench -- 95 x 5 / 105 x 5
Laterals -- 15 x 10
Heavy Abs
In and out in or around an hour.....
*note* Biceps are about 90-95% right now. Still feels weird when I am barbell benching and in the hole at the bottom. Puts a weird feeling on them. Also on dumbell skulls, same feeling its odd. Its been alot better though, previous weeks I couldnt even do skulls, I had to stick to tri pushdowns on a macnine. Hopefully I will be 100% next week, but I am happy I am at least able to do the excercises pain free, just feels "weird".Comment
