So I bought niacin recently for my pumps (I'm big on getting a good pump). But then I read the bottle and it said some babble about how "it's specially formulated to not cause flushing," and I'm like, damn, that's the whole point. I'm wondering if there's that much of a difference between the alleged non-flushing niacin and the other stuff.

The most powerful and fastest way to raise HDL is Niacin. No other thing know or that I know of raises HDL so substantially such as Niacin. The dose would be in the 1000mg - 2000 mg daily.
However, you want to work up to that because it will flush you good. There were these alternative health forums I was heavily browsing every day in 2019 on my search for perfect cardiovascular health after I woke up after many years and realized the damage I did ... And the discussion was based around people's experience and uses with high dose niacin. There's tons of literature on it in the prior decades but to the point, there was on guy in a thread on cholesterol that said his HDL was over 100. He also said he had been taking 1000 mg of Niacin for the last 20 years. Verbatim. The question is did he achieve maximum HDL levels at least with that single supplement protocol and also at what time frame did it reach 100. Did it reach that after 2 years or 9 years? His info was limited but I was glad to see his post and that caused me to research further on the connection Niacin has with cardiovascular and some critical parts of your health. I bought a bottle of 500 mg per capsule Niacin pills and was taking them every day for a little while...then I would take a break. Always after a sizeable meal. I still flushed. But it made me feel so good. People also commented my skin looked younger and better out of the blue. I think the capillaries opening up like that which only Niacin can do has a whole entire other cleansing effect on the lymphatic system that removes boat loads of micro toxins. One last thing, if you worked Niacin into a simple two or three Supplement protocol I.e Niacin 500 mg 2x daily Dandelion Root 1000 mg daily Vitamin E 800 iu daily Fenugreek Extract (great LDL reducer) You would have your HDL raising effects faster. I guess I'll donate everyone my personally typed notes during one of my research periods
This is just one individual standalone notes I made. I have hundreds of others. This is not medical advice File Name: Cholesterol Mastery Quote:

I have gone up to 2000 mg a day. Never dared more because the flushing was strong and that's really what you're going for. |
