New female to the forum. I have trained for-ev-er, but I have been working overtime and my diet has suffered because of it as well as taking months (gulp) off from gym. I am ready to snap out of this mess and get in the best shape possible.
I have dabbled in peptides before, but like a lot of newbies, didn't have a clue. I am much more knowledgeable now, but I know there is always something to be learned. I am waiting to get some blood panels done first, so I have to hold off a few weeks before I can start a cycle. I want a baseline for vitamins, cortisol, etc.
I planned my workout for the week, loaded new music on my ipod and food prep day is tomorrow. Feeling good and ready to kill it!
