First wanted to say sorry for being MIA, it's been a couple of years out of the gym and everything else. I wanted to thank Lifts for keeping me around (thanks bro) Even when I was around I was never one to post a lot. I'm the strong silent type haha.
Turned 48 a few months back and starting to feel it. Figured, that's the my body telling me to get back at it. Being I've been off for 3 years I wan't to start again.
I'm excited and a tad nervous. I don't plan on doing anything crazy but would like the extra help. I'm sure I'm going to be a sore SOB for the next few weeks.
Any advice that might help me at this I don't wan't to tear something and be out again that worries me a lot to.
