i use to wear 42. now i wear 30 and still handling those lil pouch but seems im bulking i dont care... black did u try to cardio for 2 hours? (on bike) i think it will work
Bro you have a come a long way and look great... I think you need to shock your body... have you been doing the same routine? Interval training really helped me. About every 6-8 weeks I try and change my lifting routine a little bit as well
