HCG for first time cycle

Im coming off my first testE cycle..... my cycle consisted of TEST E 250mgs for 14weeks and EQ 350mgs.... the cycle ran a little longer than i was planing due to the fact that i had no idea test at 250 would take so long to kick in... honestly did not feel it until wk 8-9 and really got the full effects around 12.... any way i was planning on doing a typical clomid/5wk / test booster PCT but it seems that HCG is really coming into favor as the main PCT drug... should i consider using it for this low dose cycle... opinions are much appreciated as always -

Most people use hcg during the cycle.

HCG is best used during a cycle, either to:

1) Avoid testicular atrophy, or
2) Rectify the problem of an existing testicular atrophy.
