    As rockinred and dawg pointed out, intensity should remain and you can play with reps just as you should be doing while on cycle. Dong put on 20lbs of muscle by doing 6-8 reps and then cut the weight in half and go to double the reps and expect to keep it all. The only time you should go strictly high reps when you come off is if there is some pain/tendorness in the joints and/or ligaments. Other than that, push it just as hard and keep eating as if you are trying to gain and you will be surprised how much size and strength you can keep
