I'm Birdman. I am old and tired.
I've been on a few boards since 2002, but not too many. I understand Ozzy is here, so that's good enough for me to join up.
Stats:
5'11"
200lbs
workout 6 days per week - repeated 3-day cycle.
Strict diet.
Actively working out since High School.
"Enhanced" workouts started back in 2005.
