Wife's first Blizzard
The wife is experiencing her first snow storm. Gusts to 35mph and drifting. I live way back in the woods so I have taken the ATV out to plow twice just to keep it open and not have to use the Bobcat to plow snow.
I have to say for a SoCal girl my wife is really fitting in to the great white North. She is out in it every day. Hiking, ice fishing snowshoeing, stacking firewood. This morning she surprised me. After feeding and watering the chickens she slipped of her snow covered boots outside the door and stood there in her bare feet before stepping inside. I guess she is acclimated! I feel bad for anyone that has to be in an urban area during this Covid craziness. Except for having all the bars, restaurants and gyms closed, life is normal in the North Country. I hope everyone is making due in their own way.
