    ME Squat

    I probably should of worked up to 325 x1 then went for 365x3 but my higher box squat PR was 365x1 so I had no idea I was going to get that. I'll be happy when I can do 405 on the low

    also i have decided that ALL my box squats will be 100% raw, al ways. I will only use any type of gear when I max out in squats. and of course, i always want to see where i am at squat raw. looking at the nERB results, i definately want to have both big raw and gear #s

        275x2 (missed 3rd in the middle) originally I was going to go for 265 - 270 but i decided to throw the extra 5 on, dummy up and just lift... I missed it.. I figure my weak point now is triceps like I mentioned before so I went to do --

        Today was ok, kinda salty I missed 275. Whatcha gonna do tho. just gotto come back stronger next time. I think I need to do more top end work though.. Instead of incline bench nxt week I'll do floor presses or something and make some supplemtary work 3 boards for lower reps.

                315x1 pr was easy... i want to do singles for the next two weeks to prime my body

                all were pretty easy... i tried really hard to initiate and really push the whole thing w/ the triceps. so it seems I can lockout 315 but what the big question is can i take 315 for the full ride? 2 boards is only about 3 inches but 3 inches is a big diff..so what the plan is, sunday do the speed work, do heavy pausing movements...next wed my heavy day, im going to do cg bench for singles PAUSED, and the supplementary work PAUSED... and then the next speed day same thing. speed work, everything paused. then 2 weeks from now(wed) i should be ready for a 315, we'll see if the plan works....

                    I named this exercise after myself bc i never heard of it before, LMAO... Well here's how it goes. You hang chains over the power rack to about 5 inches or so ROM.. Then you dbl choke mini bands around the bar and use a close grip bench keeping your elbows tucked like a halbert press. and forgetting about the eccentric part of the lift just do 15-20 reps of the lift explosively.. my partners triceps kept gassing out during our workouts so i figure this might add some explosion and some endurance

                              today was the last stop until i make 315 on bench MY BITCH

                              i told ricky (akira) i would get it by spring MINIMUM after he said I should have it by fall or so. So Wednesday, it's time to back it up, i will have a vid and I will get 315 easily.

                              DE BENCH

                              I did all of these close gripped

                              140 + 40 lbs of chain for 6 sets of 3 45 sec pause inbetween

                              185 of straight weight for 2 sets

                              Incline DB *paused*
                              95x5 pr
                              100x5 -pr

                              big improvement from 85x10 , hopefully they will give the good pop off the bottom

                                315x1 - got it baby! I fucking forgot my camera though!!!!! SHIT! i will get a bench pr next time though. This was a little harder then I wanted it to be... Litle tough at the top. I must do more board work as ex suggested... ACtually. on snday i am just gonna do 100 lb dbs hammer grip x 20 for SBs contest -- i will et that on film fo SURE!!!

                                there were a few power lifters dead lifting and iw as feeling NUTS. not satisfied with 315 AT ALL! They invited me over to dead lift so i said fuck it why not!!

                                taking the rest of the week off., i dont feel satisfied at all!
