Liquid T3 and Clen?

What is the best time to take the T3, I know how to take the clen never after 4, should the T3 be used the same way?

I have been on T3 all day long and no problems with sleep at all

I find it easier to take em both at same time morn. and noon

if you take it too late (past 4-6 pm) some have problems with sleep
