    Hello I am new here

    Hello I am a 38 year old woman. My husband recommended this site for a good read. We are going on 15 months sober. We have been working out for about 13 Months. I like lifting and the cardio. I have lost 32 lbs since the beginning of the year. I'm excited to see what's on here.
