On the way to market...

Altered my diet the past 3 months since my ER visit for lower leg swelling. Good news is the swelling since my last hospital stay July 23-/24th is greatly reduced, meaning the 20 bags of antibiotics pumped into my arms in June and July finally broke the cellulitis bone infection I’ve had possibly for 2 years. To test the swelling was from the bone infection I went on 10 weeks of testoviron (1cc/wk) and EQ (1.5 cc/wk). Testoviron has always been my favorite test but as you know causes a degree of water retention. To old people like me this is most prominent in the lower legs. EQ has always been my favorite juice, even back in the day of 50 cc bottles at 50 mg/cc. Mixed them one bang/week. Was a bit worried because already at 282bw in mid-July, I knew EQ always made me very hungry. Indeed, first 3 weeks was eating like crazy but tried to choose quality foods over junk. Still went up over 285 by early August. Plenty of salads, though, with blue cheese dressing (for bio intestinal flora), etc. Returned to the metal shop in August, working with volume lifting 10 hour shifts in a 90 degree shop dripping in sweat all day. Well, something happened on the way to the market. Hadn’t weighed myself in over a month but considering my current size, strength and eating habits easily felt my weight around 280. Long story short, stepped on a scale Thursday: 262? What? Again, same thing! No juice in 2 weeks.wow! How did I lose 20 lbs? Water weight? Also, minimum swelling in leg, the least in 2 years. Amazing! More energy, get plenty of sleep and started lifting/biking again last week. Hell, at this rate I could easily be down to 230 by March 23rd; Spring Equinox! Hmmm...

Thsts great. Diet does more for good health and longevity than all the hormones in the world....except test.

Got my 17 year old daughter a gym membership on Thursday but she doesn’t know what to do. That’s it, I need to train her. Meeting tomorrow. I will teach her and push her and she will do the same; 3month minimum! No more words, let’s do this!
