what is best suit to wear when working out at home and gym? update some of my replys
what is the best suit or uniform to workout at home or at gym when punching bag or form work or exercising?
let me know i might need 3xl i would like to sweat a little more durig exercise but keep in mind to drink plunty or water o.k from matt blake |

I still like liftiron suit #2. Just make sure your drank plunty or water cuz you will swat quite a bit.

To be honest Matt when working out in warm weather I wear gym shorts and either a tank top or a loose fitting t-shirt. Those skin tight t-shirts arn't for me.

That's the newest underarmour bench suit...it was expensive, but I like it.
