I've heard and read the best time to administer GH is at night before going to bed. Curious as I thought the body naturally produces GH during the first two hours of sleep. So why dose then and not during the day when you're not naturally producing as much?

me too... its been a loooooong time. my original though too would be early morning and after noon when levels are lowest. small-guy made an interesting post on another forum recomend hgh all in one sitting, if youre bulking before bed, if youre cutting, when you wake upComment

Rather then give you advice ill just give my honest opinon, do whatever u want
Some people will say morning, some mid day, some will say split between each other
Others will tell you do it before bed. Some guys have u doing it only after the gym. If you search real hard some people will say wake yourself up in the middle of the night and do it

Nigbo - Agreed. That's why I figured I'd do it when I need it most. Kind of like clen/ephedrine etc... why would I take it before a workout or cardio. I always took it after-wards when I was just going about my daily work life and not working out. At least in my mind if I'm going to raise my heart rate etc during the workout adding that stuff then is at minimum unnecessary at worse can really screw some shit up. So I'd rather supplement when I'm naturally low in whatever I'm supplementing with so as to keep a higher level of whatever longer through the day. More steady than spiking here and there.Comment

i do every morning after my workout. It worked very well for me last summer and shredded the fat off. I just started another dose for this coming summer and will be doing it the same way. Just my 2 cents. I do 4ius a day. i stay on until my joints start hurting and then take a couple days off.Comment

your body is made to use gh the best during the first hours of sleeping ( this is why gh is produce the more during this time ) .
so IMO , before bedtime is best .
but we cannot deny , all schedule seems to work to some extent ; is there a big difference of results between different schedule , at equal number of iu used ?
maybe a few % .
i think the amount of gh use will make the difference .Comment
