Sweet. Do you use bands on your bench work? I always like them better than chains personally.

Well my lower back was feeling weird from the start today so I decided to cut out my lower back work. Also I forgot to wear my chuck taylors to the gym so I had to wear my tennis shoes. They weren't actually that bad I have heel supports in the tennis and when I took them out I actually felt like I was sitting back on my heels more b/c my shoe was lower in the heel. Overall great day and the squats felt easier this week than last so all is good.Comment

Front db shoulder raises- 50'sx5 shoulder started cramping

My form sucks off the chest. I am not staying tight it's like I expect the weight to press itself or something. I dunno but deloading next week going to take it real easy. Then going to start my new program, first week will be 455 for singles in the shirt then i'll work from there.Comment

I may take friday completely depending on how I feel. If I do lift It will be some light singles with 275 to work on form. One good note from today is that my arch was awesome and my ROM was very short. I think it also might be from my belly getting biggerComment
