Started Feb 16th 234lbs
Day 10 of Atkins Induction: Down 11 lbs ...completed 3 mile run, 22 min upper body 3X24

Day 15 of Atkins Induction 221 lbs (slightly dehydrated)
ran 2 miles 20 min upper body lift walked 2 miles diet is still 100% in compliance.

Waiting for Tv to be delivered, may take a workout day off as I have not had one in five days.

Took day off yesterday, did not eat often enough, wound up binge eating later in day. However, Food choices during the binge were good choices.
Long walk, KM workout later tonight. Diet is tight!!!

Last night's workout rocked. I forgot how hard fighters work the 9 weeks before a fight. Glad I took a day off the day before. jogging and lifting combined do not compare to a solid fight training routine.
Time for a shake...
