I recently mixed about 100mg of TNE ( guiacol) and Sustanon 300 in the same barrel or syringe. And after injecting it, I developed an abscess, aspirating about 1 1/2 ml of pinkish / white solution out of the area. Now I believe it's not due to dirty gear or unsterile injection procedures - so what the hell is going on?
Mixing various compounds for injection.

you could have had a reaction to the guiacol or the ba content of the sus could have been a bit to high. Also injecting to many times in the same area can cause a sterile abscess, it's really hard to pinpoint why this happens.ADMIN/OWNER@Peak-Muscle -
Get on some antibiotics immediately. I've used Bactrim. It's a broad spectrum antibiotic. I can't say which one will be the best but this worked for me. If it persists get to the ER and have it drained and packed. I would toss those gears to be safe.Last edited by Guest; 12-25-2018, 12:14 PM.Comment

Cephalexin 500mg every 12 hours. This is what they use for abscesses. Like lifts said if you don't rotate enough you can develop a sterile abcess. If you go in your glutes just in your medius section alone are 4 quadrants. I usually rotate those areas while swapping sides and don't seem to have an issue unless it's something in the gear.Comment

Thanks for the feedback
So this happened a couple of weeks ago. I aspirated as much puss as I could, then started some antibiotics - luckily - I hand laying around. Things seemed to have cleared up. And I threw away away the remaining vial I had left. And as I stated that I didn't think it was due to dirty gear, because I had already pinned most of these vials before running into this. Any way I couldn't figure this out so I thought good to run this thread. I really didn't know puss would come with a sterile abscess, but I'm sure it was not septic. No fever and not much swelling as well. I've always mixed various compounds but I'm starting to hesitate now....Comment

Not for nothing but are you reusing pins? Are you injecting with the same needle you draw with? Might not be so bad with one compound but multiple that tip dulls significantly and it's already exposed to the elements. Could be as simple as brushing up against your shirt. Your body might be rejecting something in the gear and sealing it off with pus. Did you inject a piece of rubber stopper without noticing? These are all possibilities but stay on the antibiotics for a couple weeks. I'm sort of dealing with the same thing and it just happened to be the way I reacted to the compound. I know the gear wasn't dirty. Still dealing with it and it was over a week ago.Comment
