    Back in Action

What's up brothas? After 3 years of going to doctors and thinking the only way to get back in the gym was a full shoulder replacement. I had stem cell done on my shoulder and guys, I gotta tell ya. It was well worth it. A doctor at Andrew's sports medicine injected the cell into my shoulder. It's taken about 4-5 months after the injection, to be able to work out without severe pain. I still have limited mobility, but even that is getting better. I so happy to be able to work out again. It was such a huge part of my life and to be able to be back words can't describe.

I still work a lot, but plan on incorporating the gym back into my daily routine. That and being back here at Peak-Muscle. Your guys are great and I learned more here than anywhere.

Thanks so much for the knowledge you all share!

    Z-

Amazing science! Shoulder injury puts you out of a lot of activities.

Glad to see you back after so long.
Good to hear your shoulder is much better.
Had my left arm surgically amputated and sewn back on after a bad bicycle accident a couple years ago.
It’s amazing what doctors can do these days. Six months of physical therapy and my shoulder/arm is about 85% back to normal.
I’m glad you’ve managed to recover and are back to the gym again. Positive attitude is half the battle.

Awesome, where did you go for stem cell since the cunts in the US outlawed it?
