How can a fussy eater get ripped???

okay here's my deal. I am the worst eater in the world!!! There are a lot of food that are very good for me that I just cannot eat. I have tried, but I cannot swallow healthy food no matter how hard I try. Ask Eurochick about Xmas a couple years ago.

I don't have much troubles bulking, but when it comes to getting cut my food selection is very limited. These are a list of the foods I eat when trying to get lean:
    Eggs
    Oatmeal
    Chicken
    Turkey
    Steak
    Ground Beef (xtra lean)
    Potatoes
Instant Rice (quick to make, but I could switch to brown)
    Cottage Cheese

I would love to be able to eat foods like:
    fish (especially tuna)
    veggies (broccoli, cauliflower)
But for the life of me I cannot do it. Does anyone want to take the time and help me figure out a diet plan that will help someone like me get ripped PLEASE!!!!!

I am bulking right now, but I think May I am going to put in 100% effort to get below 8% bodyfat, which would make me very very happy.

    Right now my stats are:
    5'8"
    215 lbs
bf%??? (I will post some pics in a few days)
By may I expect to be somewhere around 225 or 230, hopefully.

Your food choices look nearly identicle to mine except I eat low carb vegies when cutting. I also snack on fat free suger free yougurt and wow chips, natural no suger added applesauce.

When cutting like now, I only eat one meal a day, now and then two with two to four protein shakes. When cutting I have a very limited diet, I've found that this works better.

Multiply your weight in pounds by 10-11, that will be your daily calorie intake. Then shoot for 55-60% protein 25-30% carbs and 15-20% fats.

I probably lose a little if I do excess cardio, but the key to retaining muscle to keep lifting pretty heavy. Supersets, tri sets, giant sets etc. are out. I stick with basic compound movements while cutting.
