Just joined yesterday and got some good pointers from some folks .
Thought I intro my self call me Big Dave I am 6 ft 1/2 in tall weight is 280lbs my best weight was 306lbs about 2 months ago. I'v been bodybuilding for 10 yrs now , But I must be a slow learner. Everything is just now comeing to place. 10 yrs ago I was only 168lbs. skinny as a stick. Now 10 yrs later a few cycles and lots of hrs in the gym im 280lbs. cal. my body fat today 14-15% kinda high but I will run a bulk cycle in 2 weeks and after its over I hope to be about 310-315 at that point I will trim down to compete next summer. Any pointers I would welcome greatly
