    SHARE YOUR WORKOUT DURING THE CORONAVIRUS

    Share your workout doing the coronavirus

    Can anyone share what they are doing as far as diet and workout doing these virus days. Do you have home gym, weight set, super setting, reps, squeezing and holding, negatives ect? Maybe share and help a brother(s) out. Stay safe. God bless you all.

    I eat the same. I bought a weight bench and five sets of dumbbells. I have also been going for long walks.

      I have access to a small gym set up for personal training. Dumbbells up to 35lbs, barbells and plates up to 50, trx, bands, chin up bar, multi position bench. I used bands for a shoulder workout yesterday and loved it! Love the negative with bands. Standing military, upright row, side and front laterals, shrugs, and rear delt. Looking forward to other movements I’ve seen online.

        My diet radically changed a few months ago when I found out I was stage 3B kidney disease, then in January discovered I have cancer in my bladder. Basically cut out red meat, except a filet once a week just because. All fresh veggies and fruit. No more canned or dried foods. So my diet is super clean. Cut out caffeine, except for a little dark chocolate each night after supper.
        My training is about the same except for legs. I have weights and benches at home. What I have changed up is rest days. I've added one day a week for rest.
        Legs, is squats only since the gums closed. I just go a bit lighter now with higher reps. 5 or 6 sets, I'm done. But that will be over 100 reps.
        Chest, bench press, flies, close grip.
        Rest.
        Arms, superset skull crushers and barbell curls. I may do some dumbbell curls if I feel like I need more bicep.
        Shoulders, seated military press, incline bench press. I may add bell presses if I feel like it.
        Rest.
        Start again.
