    I'm back, baby!

    Hey A-E! I've been sidelined with a back injury for about 6 months and also laid off of the forum during that time as well. I'm back in the gym starting today and ready to hit it hard. I plan on being an active member here as well. Good to be back and hey to everyone

                                                          Rhodesian, thought I'd chime in on your thread, especially sense you've got a dog derived handle. It been a while since I've hit this board too.
