ok guys im on this cycle right here. I will cycle ifg1 2 times before the 12 weeks is up. Tell me what you think is a possible amount of fat loss with what I got.

15-17% (calipers say 15 and wave machine says 18%....calculator says 16)
I would like to lose as much fat as possible while maintaining muscle mass or possibly gaining a few pounds of lean mass.
my cycle is outlined as follows:
weeks 1-12 test prop 100mg eod
weeks 1-12 eq 600mg e/w
weeks 1-12 250mg test enanthate e/w
igf1 50mcg days 20-45
igf1 60mcg days 60-85
I am not counting calories but just limiting simple carb intake with the exception being directly after workout. I am doing cardio in the mornings on an empty stomach with eca and t3 50mcg in the morning and 50 mcg afternoon. I train around 3:00 and train two bodyparts for a total of an hour in the gym. my foods are generally clean proteins low in fat with complex carbs such as oats or sweet potatos. my cheat meals are usually 3 meals a week. I would rather throw off one meal at a time instead of a days worth of fk ups. oh yea my cardio in the morning is 30 minutes of elliptical trainer semi intense......pace around 160 cycles a minute on it. if i left anything out please let me know......ideally i would like to get to 10% bodyfat or lower at the end of the 12 weeks.
