    1200 3 R4W tabs

    Breakfast
    16oz 2% milk,1/2 cups ground oats, 1/2 cup blueberries and 2 scoops of vanilla protein
    3 eggs
    1 onion bagel with garlic/olive oil butter

    Lunch
    Grilled skirt steak served on tortillas with tomato,lettuce and Black beans
    16 oz 2% choc milk



    Notes
    I hit 305 for 1 rep and that is a new PR for me.I tried 325 but failed.

      3 eggs

      Lunch
      2 smoked turkey breast sandwiches on whole wheat with lettuce/tomato
      Cole Slaw
      Apple
      16oz 2% choc milk

      Also snacking on almonds today

      My bottle is empty.It should have lasted 30 days but it only lasted 26.I will post a final review.
