When I first started lifting weights (1979) I thought it a good idea to write down my measurements, if not for anything else but for prosperity.
I remember having 11" arms, 30" waist, and a 36" chest.
The rest of the measurements are somewhere but not presently in my mind.
Anyway, here it is, 33 years later, and I've been through bouts thick and thin, from injuries to moments of blissful achievement.
Now that I've been back lifting almost 4 months now (after a year off), I decided to check my stats.
Here they go, all taken cold:
Chest 52"
Shoulders 61"
Waist 35"
Arms 18 3/4"
Calves 19 1/4"
Neck 18"
Now if I can just trim the waist down to bring out those cuts for summer I'll be the Cheese!
