    Intro

Hey, Bros/Gals! I'd like to take a moment to introduce myself. You guys can just call me Mick, lol! Ive been a Mod at FG (now a Vet), and also a Mod at PM awhile back. I have been lifting for about 15yrs now and an old man of 46yrs. married for 10yrs, no kids, lol! Iam 195lbs, 5'7" bf around 10%. I also have a background in supplement, nutrition, and worked for the largest healthfood and supplement distribution in North America. Ive been looking for a board like this for some time now, as ive been getting tired of the bs and immaturity of some of the boards. Your threads and comments have impressed me, along with your team. I hope i can help out here if anyone needs me, and maybe i can learn some things and have some fun as well.

I know, lol! 50 will be tough! Also this weather here in MI doesn't help any (joint aches and old back injury). Of course i can't complain with this heat and humidity right now. Plan on retiring in a few yrs. then move to AZ if im still around, lol! Anyway, thanks for the welcomes! Just thought id give some background.
