Only thing hard for me at 5am lifting was squats, but once I got warmed up it was game on. Good for you Oz. Get your mind right and get after this.

ur gonna be sore as shit bro....when i start back after a while my chest/legs get the most sore..especially legs i cant even walk down stairs..........
