Tread mill

I've decided that my first meal will always be eggs from my chickens one yoke 6 whites because I'm raising them and know what they eat and their conditions. Also all organic beef/buffalo/chicken.

Only thing hard for me at 5am lifting was squats, but once I got warmed up it was game on. Good for you Oz. Get your mind right and get after this.

Actually went for a bike ride for a half hour it felt good to get in the saddle.

Solid abs by April for sure....when I got home from Florida I kind of got soft and the two weeks at the holidays I went to the gym 1 time. So I'm just trying to cut fat regain some mobility/flexibility. And motivate myself to keep at it and not slip back up.

Squats
Bar 20 reps X 2 for the warm up
135 15 2
225 10 2
275 10 1
315 8 1
365 6 1
Then superset of drops till they were jello

Stiff legs
Leg press
Dbell stiff legs
Front squats on the smith
Lying leg curls
Leg extensions

Sweating something fierce because I'm on the verge of the flu

ur gonna be sore as shit bro....when i start back after a while my chest/legs get the most sore..especially legs i cant even walk down stairs..........
