    Today I just did whatever... Will start my new 12 wk training cycle tommorrow

    My total is 1290 i want to make it 1400 all Raw after this cycle

    yestarday i did some conditioning work... farmer walks, sled dragging... today i just did a bench day that ended up being pretty nutty

    Bench Day

    5 board
    325x5 *4 second hold at the top on the first rep*

    4 boards
    300x5 *4 second hold at the top on the first rep*

    3 board
    275x5 *4 second hold at the top on the first rep*


    none of the board work was done til failure.. All were done explosively as possible using as much tricep as i could.

    Illegal Wide Grip *Paused*
    225x6

    same thing -- not til failure, just getting a feel since ive never done em before.

    Bench
    185x20

    definately could not do more then 20 --the pump was getting so bad in my triceps

    Skull Crushers w/ chains
    Bar + 20 lbs of chain x 30

    OK i was smoked after this...

    I will post my cycle tonight so ppl can critque if they want

    also was suposed to try 100 lb DBs for as many as possible for SBs contest but i again forgot my camera.. so that will be held off til next week. It's realy pissing me off i keep forgetting that!

      405lbs is right around the corner bub!

      Strengthen those tri's and try some arch practicing (I think Matt and I had a conversation about this) with a PVC pipe under you - or a deflated 'kids' kickball or something like that.
