Good ole German Volume crud...
1. Naut. Incline Bench Press *4 neg tempo*
200x10x10
2. Laterals
20x10x10
3. Rolling Tricep Extensions
35x10x10
Ok, I went too heavy on the triceps because 2 hours later I am TIRED. Well, I think I will be good once I have some carbs. Anyway, the inlcine pressing was ok but I had to focus on my form big time. Laterlas hurt a bit but still I just kept doing them. I need SOME shoulder work. Triceps were easy. Just a tad tired at the end.Comment
