While this shit is amazing at ANY age, ya gotta wonder wtf is he thinking? Singles & doubles don't do much for building muscle, and at his age is just asking for a serious injury. My opinion is since he knows odds dictate he won't be a top tier bodybuilder again, he's doing this just to show that he's still one of the strongest bodybuilders around, which he was always known for.
Big props though - makes me feel weak as a mofo knowing I probably couldn't even get 315 for 1 on pbn and he's bangin' it for 8.
