How do you do a glute injection

I can't seem to get my bicep out of the way to hit my glute.
I maybe able to stick the pin in , but I don't think I can draw back (check) with one hand to make sure I'm not in a vein.
Does anyone have a method in hitting the glutes ?
I'm running out of places.

I know how its done . Its just I can't get around there to do it properly .
Some say lay one your side, sit in a chair ..ectect....
But I can't get both hands around there to do a ckeck .
But, thanks anyway brother.

PS: Years ago I could do it , but now my bi's are getting in the way.

I just need more places to hit.
I use the quads for my Test and I wanted to use the gultes for my
B complex shots.

quads are are trick..I personally dont like quads....even with a pic and injection.com I never seemed to get it right..... but with multiple injections I use to use traps.....I have big traps so I used them before....and delts..IMO that was easier than quads and less painfull afterwards

quads are golden for me but to each his own. i can hit at least 2 and sometime 3 diffferent spots on each quad [ low to high ]

quads r by far the easiest to do but most painful for me ive done them without pain but i really have to hit the sweet spot where my glutes and shoulders r never painful sweet spot or not

Quads are tricky for me.
Delts are cool, but my favorite shot is triceps, BAM!
