    Gyno Removed

Well had my gyno removed finally on March 18 everything went fine with surgery. The Dr told me not to train for at least 6 weeks. I won't hit the gym til May and I'm going fucking crazy not being able to train.

        I bet that's a relief!
You can still walk and climb stairs. A month of that type of exercise would put you righteously slim for summer.

Years ago I had gyno removed from my right tit, never had any problem with the left. I started very light training after three weeks. It started bleeding inside and I had to go have over fifty mls of blood drained. Best listen to the Doctor bro.

it was the best money I ever spent....I was back in the gym doing light cardio after a week and training legs lightly at 2 weeks....it was 3 weeks before I did some light upper body and 6 weeks til chest.....I think 6 weeks completely out of the gym is overkill....

                  the cost?

$4800 doesn't seem bad at all. I remember the pics you posted awhile ago your chest didn't look bad either.
