    Abs....yuck

    What exercises do you do for your abs ???

    How often do your train abs???

    Do you split obliques or train them on the same days???

    Do you hate training your abs??? :lol:

    Yes hate training those as much as I hate cardio :angry:

    But at least 3x's a week I do

    Crunches 3X25
    Lying leg raises 3X20
    bicycle crunches 3X20
    Leg lifts 3X25
    Sometimes I also add in hanging leg raises to the sides for the obliques

    There's also one exercise that I'll try to describe. You lay down like you're going to do crunches but you spread your legs (sorta looking like a frog :lol: ) and you press through your legs with your hands. Hard to describe but it works. :blink:

      I don't mind training my abs and usually train them once a week

      crunches
      leg lifts

      i use a wheel u put on your feet and pull in for lower abs
      also like the weel for upper abs

      i do have some extra layers covering my abs so i can't say if it's working hahaha.

        I should love to do abs, but I don't. I'll let you guys in on a secret of mine. Not many people know this about me so you should all feel special. lol Ok here goes....when I train abs (esp. on the roman chair) I orgasm. Yep. That's right....I know you're all jealous. lol But it's the truth. Kinda makes it difficult for me to do abs on a regular basis.

              I don&#39;t really know the trick. It has always been that way. And the stronger my abs get...the quicker it happens. Do you have any idea how hard it is to stay quiet during that??? LOL

                            LOl @ Halo! that is too hilarious!!

                            I dont know if I would say I like or dislike training abs.. I just do it. haha. about 2x week.
                            do a lot of resistance crunches on decline bench, cable crunches, decline twists(unwght'd tho) and reverse crunches with dumbell between feet.
