cookout... burgers no bun ribs I eat alot towards mostly protein yep potatoe salad too other crappy foods on that day wich only comes a couple x's a yr , so I indulge I time them so its after a great wo usually bench ,back or leg a major one , so normally my daily intake is veggies / protein.....so I feel like a cookout here and there makes very little difference in the big picture...….like I know lunchmeat is not good but once or twice a yr i'll eat a nice Italian hougie , i'll devour it [its my krypton] or a huge sheese steak w onions/peppers/mushrooms again after a great wo....I really think its all about timeing and how well you keep your blood sugar glucose [low] but always return to your daily intake after.veggies/fruit/assted proteins
