    cycle start

    just lettin you guys know i'm startin my cycle as of 5 min ago and just thought i would keep yall updated on my progress as i go. takin wk1-12 500mg(te) wk1-10 400mg(deca) wk1-4(d-bol)40mg ed...starting weight 184lbs.
    arms 17"
    thighs 24"
    calves 17"
    neck 16"
    waist 34"
    chest 46"...this is all prepump
    my intake is @4500 cals clean...i will report any sides as well.

    imo unless you have a very physical job or do a lot of cardio then 4500 cals is to much at ur weight.

              I am 2 injects in and so far ive put on a solid 5 lbs my muscle pumps are crazy,strength has went up about 20 lbs on all my lifts but my nuts are already starting to atrophy a bit feelin really good ,i think my gains are more from the d-bol i figure another week before the gear really starts hittin me,next inject in two days and i'm gonna bump the d-bol to 50mg a day.

                      ok..starting 4th wk and i've put on ten lbs i have to end the d-bol a lil earlier than i wanted but i think it has done its job strength gains still climbing, already broke 315 on the bench not bad considering my max befor was 265...no sides to report besides a little oily skin I'll get some pics on here soon ...quick question tho..got a bottle of prop and was wondering if i should throw it in towards the end after the deca runs out or just leave it out?

                        Save the prop for anotha cycle bro u got a good cycle right there stick to your plan. Too many guys start out with a plan then just start adding stuff in. you will have great gains from this bro keep it up

                          50 pound increase on max bench in 4 weeks is kick fucking ass! You're luvin' that...I have never had that much of an increase on cycle...then again I was probably 98% genetically maxed out considering I pumped iron hardcore for 25 years b4 trying AAS.lol
