what is better aromasin or clomid?

One is not better than the other. They are used for different reasons. Aromasin is usually used during the cycle to counter estrogen sides, clomid is to make your nuts work after the cycle. You could use aromasin after in conjunction with clomid but I wouldn't recommend it. Nolvadex is better suited for post cycle estrogen rebound.

Well since you already started despite having minimal knowledge of AAS, AI, and PCT. I offer this advice in hopes of minimizing harm. Spoon fed:

HCG is used to mimic LH, telling your testes to produce testosterone along with other hormones including oestrogen. In most cases this is sufficient to maintain fertility (sperm production) but not always. HCG should be taken during cycle (500iu-1,500iu per week) but not during PCT. HCG is not for everyone.
PCT (Post Cycle Therapy) is the course of SERMs taken after completion of your cycle to jumpstart your HPTA and return to a functional level of natural testosterone production. Depending on the esters of the AAS you used during cycle dictates when it is best to start PCT. Deca has a long half life so I'd wait a minimum of 3 weeks after last injection, but some wait even longer to be sure the deca has mostly cleared your system.

Example pct 21 days after last injection:
Week 1
Clomid 50 mg ED
Nolvadex 40 mg ED

Week 2
Clomid 50 mg ED
Nolvadex 40 mg ED

Week 3
Clomid 25 mg ED
Nolvadex 20 mg ED

Week 4
Clomid 25 mg ED
Nolvadex 20 mg ED

Please research more and have everything planned and already on hand before first injection.

Thanks deadwood. I have a few options on hand for pct. I didnt just jump in and make up my own regiment! I have a good friend that has been doing this a long time, he got me set up. I got on here and asked questions just to try and learn as much as i can. There is so much info on this board i have been reading for days! I know that this is nothing to play around with, i just thought the best info comes from the ones who have experience. Thanks guys. Sorry if questions seem dumb.

They are not dumb questions at all. You are new to it. They are actually very good questions to ask. They have been answered many times and can be found all over this board so you can research. I apologize if my last post seemed rude. There is a section dedicated to pct as well which is very good and will get you familiar with post cycle regiments. Spend some time researching the board, and if there is anything that you can't find, let us know and we will answer it. Feel free to post in the other sections as well so we can get to know you and guide you along the way.

Your questions aren't stupid. I get concerned for guys when these questions are asked mid-cycle instead of long beforehand. I'm certainly not an expert and never will be. I read the threads on this board along with three other boards everyday trying to learn as much as I can. The information is out there you just need to research as much as you can.

I agree no questions a beginner asks are dumb and I share Deadwoods concern. When I started the only forum around was elite fitness and often the advice wasn't very good. In my early days I made many mistakes learning by trail and error. Today information abounds in our archives. Drizz feel free to ask question anytime you are uncertain about something.
