Anadrol vs dbol

Which one do you prefer?
I cut down from 220 to just over 200lbs but i'm having a lot of trouble putting weight back on. I'm actually stronger than when I was 220 and I mainly cut down to gain speed and endurance for athletic purposes. But I'm constantly on my feet and I train maybe 2-4 hours a day 4-6 times a week. Plus I coach so I'm always moving around. So I've been stuck on around 201-204 for a while. I'd like to get to 210. I tried dbol, but I've never tried anadrol so I'm wondering if it's a better choice if I want to gain some weight back. Also, does adrol or dbol hurt endurance like tren?

Also, I'm currently on a gram of test.

For me, it's no comparison - drol is king of fast weight & strength gains. But it comes back to the old scenario of "well if I ran dbol dosage as high as drol, it would probably kick ass too", so. I've only ran drol once,and at 100mg ed, I was up 10lbs in 10 days, and strength was crazy. I stopped there, bcoz moonface & much bloat. I've ran dbol @ 50mg ed and not even close to the same results. Problem is, as soon as you stop drol, you'll lose it as fast as you gained it, since it's mostly water weight. So if you're looking for more semi-permanent, retainable gains, you might want to rethink your strategy.

Btw, you're on a GRAM of test ew and having issues gaining? Something isn't right there - probably issues with your cal intake. Just curious, if you are 200 lbs running a gram ew of test, what's your weight when completely off?

I stay around the same, I was actually 220 off. I really leaned down and focused on keeping strength and being faster and more agile. I'm just a lot stronger and leaner on. But off, I range from 190-220 just depending on how I train and what i'm trying to do. I train a bit differently than most of you guys who just want to get as big and strong as possible. I fight and I'm playing basketball out here. So getting huge arms is not really my goal. It's finding my ideal weight with the strength, speed, agility to perform. So getting huge biceps is not going to help me. I actually look bigger losing 20lbs being leaner, i'm a tall guy and gaining or losing 10-15lbs, you barely even notice it on me.

Drol over Dbol...dbol bloats the hell out of me.

andrew0409 - Are you stacking something with the Test? Also, if you're training 2-4 hours/day, you are overdoing it. You'll probably get better results from somewhere between 45-60 minutes 4-5 days per week. It seems that you're not giving your body enough time to recoup.

I play sports professionally so it's not all weight training. And no, all I can get is sust and 50mg/ml deca at the pharmacy here.

It sounds like I should look at something like staking var at 100mgs to put on lean weight. Dbol was great when I was a skinny kid. Now that bloating sounds like it will just be worst for athletic performance

Oh, ok. I guess there's nothing you can do if that's what is required from you.

Do they not test for PEDS? If not, then load up. Adding Var may help. Look into EQ as well.

Nah, I tell my coach i'm on GH for ligament recovery so he will get someone else to do it. They have a policy but it's more like they ask for one player and we send the test over.

Wow another M1T fan in da house BOOM!

I ran M1T as a kicker 2x in cycles back in the day when it was legal. Only 10mg ed put 15-20 lbs on me in 3 weeks, and nothing near the bloat as drol. Size & strength gains were insane.
