also most guys who have tears and do not get surgery have bad troubles in the future - iof the choice is surgery for this I suggest you dont mess around

went to pass the scan today , and ,good news , i have a muscle tear , the tendon is intact !
it is impressive to see the hole on the scan !
you see the muscle fibers , all in line , then , a gap !
i am feeling good , because a muscle tear heals a lot better than a tendon tear !Comment
