Terrible Heavy Bench Day
Comp grip Bench paused- barx10 135x5 185x3 225x3 275x1 315x1 350x1 385x3PR :angry: :angry: wanted 5 look below No rest 315x5
Static Holds Flat Bench- (405,455,495,545,585,635 all 10seconds) 700 5-7seconds Big PR Decided to rack it
Today was terrible day for my raw bench. My lift off guy was handing it off uneven so that through me off some, but what was worse was my form. I was bringing everything down way to high. I was touching nipple level no elbow tuck it was just sad. On top of that my right elbow and shoulder feels a tad tweaked. Might take off next week from bench I feel overtrained. When I come back i'll more than likely be doing singles.Comment

another low carb day today. I have only had like 30carbs the past 2days and after today i'll be up to around 45 and the thing is I don't feel to bad.
I will also be working up to a heavy single in the DL tomorrow. Then I plan on running this routine http://www.powerpage.net/coanphildead.html for the summer to give me dead a jump start. I have a feeling i'm going to be very sore this summerComment

Not a bad workout today. I have never pulled higher than 405 before so I was pretty pleased with the 475 but I tell you this is was a hell of a fight. I didn't hitch it but it was hard for sure. I felt that shit all the way to the top of my neck. Anyway 500 will come soon enough.Comment
