Cardio on empty stomach not working so well

I've been doing 45 minutes of cardio empty stomach medium intensity but I didn't see results at all. I was thinking about interval training. Would that be a good idea? Any of you guys do it? How? Thanks

I do 40 min fasted cardio five times a week and it seems to work - probably because I recently switched to a vegan diet. GF my mentor at WCBB says it might be due to a calorie deficit.

I think I read somewhere that it is different if you're a male or a female or even if you are a trained athlete or a newbie. Not sure this is true but I'm gonna look it up.

why the vegan diet, MG? That I definitely do not believe. Leaving all the high quality protein out of your diet? No way!

Can't get myself to do a fasted cardio. I do just fine with my normal routine. I move all day. Weight training for 1-1.5hr starting the day and stay physical active til I hit the hay that night...

Because I thought it might be good for my health. I have been a vegetarian for over 20 years now and eat too much dairy (cottage cheese, Cheddar, yogurt, etc ....) which means lots of carbs and caused a lot of bloating. That's why I'm trying a vegan diet which isn't easy because all I have right now is tofu, other soy products, walnuts, fruit and veggies. I'm bored already and a bit worried about the estrogenic effect of soy

Finding a good vegan protein gave me a headache. I bought Scitec Vegan Blend and will try it tonight
