thanks . im 6ft. definitely not a bodybuilder. over last 17 years weight has jumped +/-40lbs as due to work ill go periods of time without the gym or eating well. Life comes first, the gym will always be there when i have time.
So many injuries from being dumb when i was younger. Now i just try to stay relatively healthy, in decent shape and enjoy life.
haha its tough being smaller then one is used to but its part of my plan.. im down 15lbs over last 8 weeks. A lot of it is muscle but i can gain that back easily after i get down to 7-8%. I dont worry about it. I go out to eat all the time, my office staff is always bringing my snacks, i enjoy a good glass of wine or margarita when i go out.
Some ppl are crazy about always making sure they hit the gym... i like to stay active. Ill go hiking, work on my car or house, running by beach and share ice cream cone with my dog lol. I havent benched in 6 months after i partially tore my intra articula biceps. Just keeping reps high in the gym
