NOW, don't take aspirin to prevent strokes/heart attacks
Reminds me of the advice on eggs. Remember way back in the day they were healthy, then they said no no, they cause high cholesterol, then, they became healthy again.
Yeah, and now they are trying to come back and say that eggs are bad for you. Although it is called "practicing" medicine, I'm sick of jumping on every bandwagon that comes about do to a likely semi-flawed study.
must be some new med they wanna push like a pharm grade aspirin compund they can charge $82 a pill for.
I take a 2 81 mgs a day, plus bromelain which is a staple for those on AAS - reduces fibrinogen...amongst a host of other things digestion and anti-inflammatory
I used to take a baby aspirin to prevent colon cancer among other things but the surgeon who removed my tonsils told me to stop because of the risks of haemorrhage in case of a car accident or else.
I'm still going to take a baby aspirin ED or EOD, it's just too cheap. I seen a lot of doctors on FB stating not to take it anymore, namely Spencer and Erik Nadolsky, and a few others. Wonder if GG knows Spencer?
Another example of why you don't trust medical authorities just because they're "medical authorities"
I could write a book about that but I'll say that white willow bark is where aspirin is derived from so check that out for blood thinning properties and other benefits. The Medical-Carter does not have health in mind they have profit and sometimes actually at the expense of many lives.

Baby aspirin (~80mg) EOD I would say is most certainly fine.
Crazily enough I now have realized (by meeting) that some people will pop these pills like they're harmless and end up revealing how some drugs can be lethal after enough use or time. But dosage is a big factor.
I've read positive articles on baby aspirin spaced like 3x week. If you're trying to bring BP down or decrease hematocrit then there are definitely suitable alternatives besides aspirin
