Is this a back pump?
I've read threads over the years talking about back pumps, but since I never had an issue with them just moved on. Didn't really understand what they were. Lately, though, every time I do something Deadlift'y, my lower back is getting so freaking tight. Wednesday was the tightest it's ever been. Technique has been verified, so I'm starting to wonder if this is becoming a thing for me. I've seen others recommend Taurine pre-workout, so I guess I'll do a trial of a few grams.

Thanks. I've been having them the past few weeks and kept telling my coaches I didn't know wtf was going on with my lower back. They didn't really respond but probably thought, "yea, I know what you're doing."

I get them bad. It hurts to even walk sometimes after a workout. Couldn't even deadlift one time they were so bad.

Had them real bad doing rack pulls the other day. Had to cut the sets short. Sadness.

I had them years ago when I was in my heaviest nandrolone and dianabol phase. Then about 10 years ago when I was brewing my own masteron, EQ and Test I had them bad. Not just back but legs and calves.

I get them in my forearms after a bicep workout. It feels like a bad charlie horse. It hurts and limits what I can do because if I don't straighten my arms then it locks up again. I've had it happen to my chest after chest day.
