Same here with some low glycemic high fiber/ low glycemic greens/veggies.
For what it's worth, adding Sesamin to your Fish oil intake will impart a very nice syngergistic effect (PPAR-agonistic fat burining/loss, repartitioning, anti-inflammatory, improved skin, etc).
Been using the combo for ~3-4 years.
EFA's from supps and diet are a huge part of my bodybuilding life for a whole host of invaluable reasons including butnot limited to optimal health and metabolic advantages. I've said it since I've joined these boards - fish oils and/or at the veryleast, EFA's (flax, etc)should be a staple for all bodybuilders no matter what genotype, phenotype or genetic make-up or disposition - the reasons are endless.

The anti-inflammatory in fish oils is actually DHA. Check your label and have enough to get at least a few grams of DHA every day. I noticed a big difference in my joints when I started this. Worth a shot!
