    Not sleeping is a sign of overtraining. I'm not sure if you have other health issues . But if it's a recent occurrence I would cut back on the training a bit. You walk all day at work and you train like this? At our age it's got to take a toll.

      I was very anxious the last few weeks and also depressed because I hate this time of the year. I stopped working before my PET scan. All I do is my daily cardio because I need to burn calories. I have overindulged in carbs after sticking to keto for 3 weeks.
